What is the HR Tech 100 Fund?

The idea sprouted from community giving. 100 guys got together to give back to their community, and George and I thought we could do something similar in HR Tech. What if we got 100 of the brightest HR Tech minds together to do Angel Funding?

We see Venture Capital firms come into HR Tech constantly to make investments. Often they come to one of us to get their education and "inside" information. If we are the ones in the know in HR Tech, why aren't we just doing this ourselves?

We aim to get 100 HR Tech experts, analysts, and influencers to each invest $10,000, $1 million in total, and create our own HR Tech Angel Fund. 

We are the brightest minds in HR Tech. We are the most connected group of people in HR Tech. We have more to offer an HR Tech startup founding team than any other VC on the planet. 

100 investors, all on equal footing. Every investor gets one vote, and the majority rules in terms of where we invest our money. Everyone gets equal shares of the investment portfolio.
